Hi Larry,
It was a very special treat getting to actually meet you last night at the Landmark Theatre and get to talk about Eppy, My Father's Place, and other connections.
I am sorry that I missed you after the show, but if you get a chance, please contact me.
Thanks,
Howie

Hey Larry,

This is just an overdue "thank you" for years of great music and all the other stuff you do helping others get there music out there. I still think your years with Bob Dylan were the high water mark for his touring band. Thanks again, from a long time fan! Cheers, Jim

Larry, again, thanks for the terrific workshop. You asked for some suggestions for April, which I hope to attend. On Catherine Russell's latest cd (which includes a duet w/ her mom) you'll find "In the Dark." Also, I love Joe Pass with Ella Fitzgerald doing Ellington's "I Ain't Got Nothing But The Blues."

Met Dean Batstone tonight at a cafe in Holly Springs, NC on his way further south and made the Hudson Valley / Larry Campbell connection. Total coincidence. Small world. He is a talented guy and spoke highly of you.

Larry,

I just watched the Levon Helm documentary, and was reminded how nice a guy you are...I met you back around 1980 or so, when my band Whitewater used to play regularly at the Lone Star Cafe. We did a few demo sessions as I recall, and you were nice enough to come & play pedal steel for us (since I had just gotten mine, and couldn't play it for shit!)...I haven't forgotten those days, and still think fondly of how gracious you were to a bunch of country boys from Maryland.

Dear Larry,

Congratulations on your newest award..."Instrumentalist of the Year".

My husband and I both think you are great! We attend as many of your performances as we can and can honestly say that you truly deserved this award.

Not only are you a stupendous magician, you are a human being who is always so gracious and friendly to all who greet you and talk to you before or after your performances.

Looking forward to seeing you again next weekend, Friday night and then Saturday at the Ramble.

Keep up your awesome musical talent that we are all fortunate to hear.

Have a beautiful one!
:)Merele & Alan
