Comments: Saw the Midnight Ramble Band at the Brooklyn Bowl Tuesday night! You were all terrific, putting on an exceptional 3 hour show, you, Amy Helm, Teresa Williams, Brian Mitchell, Jim Weider and the additional band members & guests. The show could compared to some of the best Rambles we attended at Levon's Barn in Woodstock. The crowd was pumped and loved every minute of it! You all looked like you enjoyed it just as much! Terrific show!! We hope the Band will be making additional visits to the Brooklyn Bowl!

Comments: Hi Larry, It was a great surprise to read about you in today's Asbury Park Press. It revived some wonderful memories of your fantastic guitar and fiddle work when appearing with Deborah Snow in and around NYC in the 80's. I still listen to Deborah's "Ozark Mountain Girl" cassette-your contribution to that album was flawless! And, your "live" performance with Deborah on the Adrian Flanelly radio show provided listening pleasure which never can be duplicated..."Battle of New Orleans" rendition was absolute enjoyment! Thanks for the memories...and very best wishes for you and Teresa. Sincerely, Al Krtil

Comments: The Midnite Ramble Band rocked the "alley" last night in Brooklyn. Words cannot describe the show. You had to see/hear it for yourself. Two great drummers really hammering home the beat. Horns put the sound over the top. Here I am trying to describe the show, sorry. One of the best I have seen, almost 3 hours. Still not enough though. Thanks for getting the band together for a long overdue event. Dave

Comments: Larry and Teresa, I just found your duet album "Larry Campbell and Teresa Williams" - and listened to your version of "Keep Your Lamp Trimmed and Burning".
Absolutely great! Have you ever considered doing an entire album based around gospel and spiritual songs ?? You're both naturals for it, if "Keep Your Lamp Trimmed and Burning" is how you'd approach the music.

Comments: Larry I enjoyed very much your concert with Teresa and your band last night at Shank Hall. I had seen you many times with Dylan, and it was great to see you able to spread your instrumental and vocal wings on stage with this group. Teresa's vocals were also exceptional. Just a thought: Next time you are in a recording studio please lay down last night's version of Deep Ellum (elem) Blues. It's a great song, and I went to Itunes today and none of the versions there are as good as yours. A song that good with such an interesting history deserves the full treatment--like you gave it last night. Thanks again, especially for everyone on stage ignoring how few people were in the room and still playing and singing their hearts out.

Comments: Larry, you may remember me from several Rambles. I was the one with the slack jaw and bugged-out eyes. Oh, wait a minute, that was all of us!
Always loved your music, with Levon, Bob, or whoever, so buying your new album wasn't much of a stretch. I expected an excellent effort from you and Teresa, but this is...stunning! One of the best new recordings I've heard in years. Thank you!!

Comments: Larry Campbell is a million-dollar guitar thoroughbred. If you want to breed a lineage of great guitar players, put old Larry out to stud.
Unlike Khartoum, I trust he won't cross the mob, and he'll keep his head intact.
