Thank you for an EXQUISITE New Years Eve at Darryl's House. Your music, your singing with Theresa, your band, was EXTRAORDINARILY luminous and great sounding. Loved every note. Thank you!

Thanks to you and Teresa for a great show in Woodbridge last night. I had the pleasure of seeing you at City Winery some months back. I brought my wife last night and she was so impressed with the level of talent in the band and especially with how wonderful you and Teresa harmonize.

I'm an FPR Repeat Offender (17 times and counting). I would love to attend an electric guitar workshop with you. Especially one that includes any advice from you on doing arrangements.

Question: What pedals/effects, if any, do you use in your stage rig?

Hi Larry,
Just wanted to let you and your wife know how much we enjoyed your show last night in Woodbridge. I hadn't seen you since the "Love for Levon" show at the Izod Center. I've had the pleasure of seeing you perform several times with Levon live and quite a few times on the Imus show, when he was still on TV.
I hope you get better from the "bug" that had a grip on you last night. I look forward to seeing you perform in the future.

Warmest Regards,
John O'Mara

Hope to see you at the Bugalou Concert Series in Rockaway Beach. The entire peninsular is pumped up! In addition to your songs, may I request a few covers?
*Senor, Tales of Yankee Power
*Long Black Veil
*Anything from Richard Shindell and John Prine
*Maybe some Last Waltz songs? (I saw you at the outdoor Lincoln Center show last year).
You'll get a kick playing here....thank you!

Larry sat in with my band "Dale Allen & Pearl Studs' a couple of times at City Limits and my wife and I attended his wedding. I'm hoping to get to hear him tomorrow night at 3rd & Lindsley in Nashville if I can find tickets. What an awesome musician.

Saw you and your band for the first time at the Philadelphia Folk Festival yesterday and was completely knocked out. Everything about it was top notch.
Truly enjoyed your rhythm section too, Justin is wonderful drummer.
Wish you continued success. David

Hi Larry,

First time I saw you play was in Massachusetts in April 1997 as part of Bob's band. At that time, my friends and I thought, "why is Bob replacing John Jackson? And who is this kid he's replacing him with?" You did look like a kid up there next to Bob...and I distinctly remember watching Bob lean towards you while doing one of his three-note riffs to sort of "guide" you as to what he was looking for, and seeing you pick it up and smile in response. It looked very joyful...though perhaps I was projecting.

It took about a minute for me to understand why Bob wanted you in his band. I'm sure I'm not the first person to tell you that my best live-Bob memories are with you in his band. I like what Bob is doing now too...but you brought something to the endeavor that has not been matched since.

I regret that I was never able to witness the Ramble prior to Levon's departure, but I continue to enjoy your work...both with Theresa and as a producer. As a big-time Band lover, I appreciate the work you have done to carry the torch.

But...I've lost the point of what brought me here in this first place. Do you know of any great bozouki players in the Brooklyn area who give lessons? Why would I ask you that question? I didn't know what a bozouki was until I saw you play one with Bob...on "Bline Willie McTell," as I recall.

All the best,

JDS

Is Larry Campbell related to Mike Campbell? I recently saw Marty Stuart open with I Know You Rider then Running Down A Dream later in the set. Just a happy coincidence?
